Before you make that call you might want to check:

Is the unit plugged in? Someone could have moved the unit and forgotten to plug it back in.

The breaker. if you find a breaker tripped you can reset it, but if it trips again you need to be certain that other items are not plugged in and overloading the circuit. If not, the unit needs to be checked to see if it has tripped on safety.
